I grew up on the west coast of Sweden, in a home where creativity was always close at hand. That is where my conviction took shape: art is not something that exists beside life — it is woven into everyday living.
I created my first larger piece in 2020. It became the starting point of a bolder period, where I began exploring larger formats, greater volume, and more powerful expressions within contemporary art — and discovered that this was where my artistic language truly belonged.
My work as a contemporary Swedish artist is grounded in stories, experiences, and emotions. Each piece carries its own intention and its own voice. One of my ongoing series, Echo, centers around reuse and renewal, working with sustainable and mixed materials that have lived previous lives.
My artistic process is slow and intentional. I work in stages — allowing the pieces to dry, returning to them, and building layer upon layer — letting time guide each artwork toward its true form.
For me, creating art is a way of honoring humanity and meaning. I believe that a thoughtful and beautiful environment supports us — it opens us, calms us, and awakens something within.
